One 4ml cartridge holds the powder and the bacteriostatic water in two separate chambers, divided by a bypass seal. Click the cartridge into the holder, twist until it clicks, and the pen performs the reconstitution itself — then dial your dose on the ring. No vial, no syringe, no drawing up, and nothing for you to mix. The pen body is reusable; the cartridge is not.

What does dual-chamber mean?
The cartridge has two compartments: lyophilised powder in one, diluent in the other, held apart until use. Joining them mixes the contents inside the device. It is one unit, not two pens.
Do I still need bacteriostatic water?
No. The diluent is already in the second chamber, which is the point of the format. You will still need pen needles, which are supplied separately.
