For your skin, not research: GHK-Cu Serum from JP Beauty, our ready-made copper peptide serum ›
The Glow Blend is a proprietary multi-peptide complex designed for skin biology and collagen research. Specific formulation details available on request via WhatsApp.
Where we hold an independent Janoshik report for a compound we publish it in full - batch number, purity and a verification key you can check against the lab yourself. Where we do not hold one the product is marked research grade and we say so, rather than claim a report we cannot produce.
The short version: Glow Blend puts three research peptides in one vial: BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. The label shows only the combined total, and the three together have never been studied as a mix.
It is a freeze-dried combination of three separate peptides. The figure on the label is the total for the vial, not the amount of each one. We don't print the split, so if you need it for your notes, message us and we'll give you the breakdown for your batch.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid fragment based on a gastric juice peptide, studied mostly in rat tendon, ligament, muscle and bone injury models. TB-500 is a synthetic copy of the actin-binding stretch of thymosin beta-4 and has no human trials of its own. GHK-Cu is a copper-carrying tripeptide that occurs naturally in human plasma, at levels that fall with age.
The name points at skin, and that is where GHK-Cu's evidence sits. Facial creams containing it have been tested in people over 12 weeks, with reported gains in skin density and thickness and fewer fine lines. The other two were studied for repair of deeper tissue in animals.
| What it is | Strongest evidence so far | |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 15-amino-acid fragment of a gastric juice peptide | Rat and rabbit injury models |
| TB-500 | Synthetic actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4 | Lab and doping-control studies |
| GHK-Cu | Copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma | Human trials of topical face creams |
No study has tested these three together, in any species, so nobody knows whether they add up, get in each other's way or simply sit side by side. Each part also brings its own limits. BPC-157 and TB-500 have no completed human efficacy trials and are both on WADA's prohibited list. GHK-Cu's human results come from creams on the skin, not from anything injected.
It arrives as a freeze-dried powder. Once bacteriostatic water goes in, it belongs in the fridge. Our reconstitution and storage guide covers the details, and the calculator does the maths.
Three peptides with very different evidence behind them, and none at all for the combination.
