CJC-1295 No DAC is a GHRH analogue that stimulates GH release but, unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, has a short half-life that preserves physiological pulsatile GH secretion — making it ideal for mimicking natural release patterns.
Where we hold an independent Janoshik report for a compound we publish it in full - batch number, purity and a verification key you can check against the lab yourself. Where we do not hold one the product is marked research grade and we say so, rather than claim a report we cannot produce.
The short version: CJC-1295 No DAC is the short, active front end of growth hormone-releasing hormone with four amino acids swapped to slow its breakdown. It lacks the albumin-binding hook of the DAC version, also goes by Mod GRF 1-29, and has never been tested in a published human study.
Natural growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) has a big weakness: an enzyme in the blood snips off its first two amino acids and switches it off. A 1986 study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation measured its half-life in people at under 7 minutes.
A 29-amino-acid version of GHRH, GRF(1-29), is also active, and was once sold in the US as the medicine sermorelin (Geref) before the maker discontinued it. CJC-1295 No DAC takes that 29-amino-acid chain and swaps four of its amino acids to make it tougher against enzymes. It also goes by Mod GRF 1-29.
ConjuChem, a Montreal company, described CJC-1295 in a 2005 rat study in Endocrinology: the four-swap GRF(1-29) plus an extra lysine carrying a reactive group that latches onto albumin. That add-on is the DAC. Without it you have a smaller molecule with no albumin hook, so the week-long half-life later measured for the DAC form does not carry over.
A 2026 review in Frontiers in Endocrinology found the No DAC version essentially uncharacterised in people. Claims that it mimics natural growth hormone pulses come from extrapolating sermorelin and related compounds, and the review places it in its lowest evidence tier.
There is no controlled human trial, no published human half-life and no long-term safety data. What gets said about it online comes from forums and from reasoning about cousin molecules. Treat any confident claim about what it does in people as unproven.
It arrives as a freeze-dried powder. Once bacteriostatic water goes in, it belongs in the fridge. Our reconstitution and storage guide covers the details, and the calculator does the maths.
The same backbone as CJC-1295 with DAC, minus the albumin hook. That small difference changes everything, and the No DAC form has no human data of its own.
