Research highlights

  • ✓A blend of two separate research peptides supplied in one vial
  • ✓CJC-1295 derives from growth hormone-releasing hormone; ipamorelin is a pentapeptide
  • ✓Both have been examined in animal studies of growth hormone secretion
  • ✓Published work on the combination itself is limited and largely preclinical

What is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin?

A single vial containing two separate research peptides rather than one compound. CJC-1295 is a modified fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid peptide. Published pharmacology describes the two as acting at different receptors. The exact composition of the blend is stated on request.

How strong is the evidence base for the blend?

Most published work examines each peptide on its own rather than as a blend, and the bulk of it is animal or cell-culture work rather than human research. Researchers designing around this material should read the primary literature for each compound separately.

Research guide

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, explained

The short version: This is a blend of two peptides that push the pituitary to release growth hormone through two different receptors. The pairing is popular, but the combination itself has never been tested in a study.

What it is

The vial holds two peptides. The label shows the total amount, not how it splits between them. We do not have the ratio on the label, so message us if you need the split.

The CJC-1295 in this blend is the No DAC form: a modified GRF(1-29), the active front end of growth hormone-releasing hormone, and acts on the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid peptide that acts on a different one, the growth hormone secretagogue receptor that ghrelin also uses. A 1998 paper in the European Journal of Endocrinology called it the first selective growth hormone secretagogue: in pigs it released growth hormone without raising ACTH or cortisol, even at doses far above the effective one.

Why the two get paired

The thinking is that pressing two separate buttons on the pituitary gives a bigger growth hormone pulse than pressing one. A 2026 review in Frontiers in Endocrinology notes the pairing is common in fitness circles, usually with the No DAC form of CJC-1295, the form used here, but describes the rationale as largely anecdotal and says controlled evidence for any synergy is limited.

Where the evidence stops

No study has looked at this blend. Each half brings its own thin record: the No DAC form of CJC-1295 used here has no human trials (only the DAC form has been tested in volunteers), while ipamorelin's main patient trial, for bowel recovery after surgery, did not beat placebo. WADA prohibits both at all times.

Handling and storage

It arrives as a freeze-dried powder. Once bacteriostatic water goes in, it belongs in the fridge. Our reconstitution and storage guide covers the details, and the calculator does the maths.

Two peptides that work through different receptors. The pairing is popular; proof that the pairing adds anything is still missing.
