What does it come with?
The pen body only. Cartridges and pen needles are separate consumables, both of which we stock. Check the cartridge size before ordering so the two match.
How is it different from the disposable pen?
The disposable pen is discarded once its contents are used. This one is kept and refilled with new cartridges, which works out cheaper across repeat use.
