Correctly-supplied products

Because our products are research chemicals whose safety, sterility and integrity cannot be guaranteed once they leave our control, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that were supplied correctly.

When we will replace or refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• the product arrived damaged,
• the wrong item was sent, or
• your parcel was lost in transit.

How to claim

Contact us on WhatsApp or at info@jpsupplements.com within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel), quoting your order number and including clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch.
